Projects
Westfield Avenue, Pennsauken,
New Jersey
Eckstut Consulting is
working with local government and Westfield
Avenue merchants to improve this South
Jersey main street.
Lucky 5-12, American Tobacco
Factory, Durham, North Carolina
Eckstut Consulting was
hired by the developer to find an entrepreneurial
fine dining chef for a start-up restaurant
as part of the developer’s goal of creating
quality restaurant anchors in this restored and newly developed,
mixed-use former factory campus.
Macaro’s Deli and Catering,
Pennsauken, New Jersey
Eckstut is consulting
with the owners of this long established
business to increase sales, reduce costs
and work with government agencies to improve
the quality of life for customers of the Westfield
Avenue Main Street. Improvements to the
interior and exterior is increasing business as well as increasing
the property value.
Maple-Chapel Avenue Redevelopment,
Merchantville, New Jersey
After identifying a
vacant property adjacent to two municipally
owned vacant properties in a South Jersey
town, Eckstut Consulting coordinated a
response to the municipality’s Request
for Proposal on the two properties with
the contingency of securing a continuous privately
owned property for a new retail commercial development.
Eckstut guided the complex RFP process
on behalf of the developer who won the
Project. The firm went on
to help in the redevelopment process by
coordinating plans among different government
entities and by finding the necessary tenants to make the project a financial success.
